How it works:

Once you book your first session with Jack, you’ll be sent a confirmation email with a brief intake form to understand exactly how you’d like to work with Jack.

If more information is required, Jack will set up a quick 10 minute call with you before your first session to ensure you get maximum value from your time together.

1-1 Virtual coaching is a collaborative service. You and Jack will work together to create an action plan that you’re confident and excited about! Helping you to crush your fitness and health goals 💪

 

FAQs:

Can I book a same-day session?

For your first session with Jack it is best to book at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for the Intake Form to be completed and, if needed, a short call to confirm goals for that session.

How long is a session?

Each session lasts 55 minutes.

What platform is used to deliver these sessions?

All sessions are held through Google Meet.  You will be sent the link to your session with Jack at least 24hours before your start time.

What’s the minimum commitment for this service? 

You can book a session without further commitment and Jack will help you decide the best approach for you.

Can I book multiple sessions at the same time?

At the moment, each session needs to be booked separately through this page.

Do you offer training packages? 

Yes. This will vary depending on your level of upfront commitment and can be discussed in your first session with Jack.

Can you work with me in person? 

This is a possibility if you are able to train in central London. Please do discuss this with Jack in your first session.

What happens if I am unable to make a booked session?

Let us know at least 24 hours before the booked session and we will arrange a new time for you.  If 24 hours notice is not given we will be unable to rearrange.

Can Jack diagnose or treat pain or injury?

No.  You will need to see a specialist in this area to address your specific injury, or pain, diagnosis and treatment.

Can Jack prescribe nutritional diets or recommend supplements?

No.  You will need to engage a specialist nutritionist for the prescription of nutritional diets or for supplement recommendations.

By taking part in virtual coaching:
–  You agree to take responsibility for your own body.
–  You agree not to perform any exercises or movements that may cause you discomfort.
–  You confirm that you are fit and able to participate in virtual coaching that involves exercise instruction.
–  You must ensure that you are working in a safe environment and that you are able to clearly see and/or hear your coach in order to follow instructions.
–  It is your responsibility to let the coach know before the session if anything affects your ability to exercise that day.
–  By joining the session, you automatically agree to waive all statutory rights against your coach.

Important Information:
Please recognise that it is your responsibility to work directly with your health care provider before, during, and after seeking fitness and / or nutrition coaching.

These sessions are not a substitute for medical counselling or treatment. If you have any doubts about the suitability of this service, you should refer back to your medical practitioner.
