How does the subscription work?

Subscription for the app is made through prgrm.com, Apple AppStore or Google Play Store and can be in 1 month, or 3 month recurring payments. You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date.

How much does it cost?

Becoming a PRGRM Member with full access to Jack’s training programs costs as little as $25/month, depending on the subscription renewal period.

Is PRGRM available on Apple and Android?

Yes, the App is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Who is the program for? Is it suitable for beginners or experts?

Our programs are suitable for beginners up to advanced lifters. We recommend doing the PRGRM quiz on the website here and in the PRGRM App to find the right one for you.

How many days per week are the programs?

Functional strength training is at the core of the programs which range from 2-4 sessions per week.

Cardio workouts and mobility routines are included too. These workouts are flexible and optional, depending on your goals and needs.

How long do the workouts take?

Strength sessions will take around 60 minutes.

Cardio workouts range from 30-60 minutes depending on your goals and preference.

Mobility routines range from 10-30 minutes, again, depending on your goals and preference.

What equipment will I need?

Training in the gym? 

Our programs mainly use free-weights and a cable machine which means any commercial or box gym should have all the bases covered:

  • Dumbbells.
  • Adjustable bench.
  • *Barbell and weight plates (you can always switch to an alternative dumbbell exercise)
  • *Cable machine (you can always switch to an alternative resistance band exercise).
  • *Squat rack (nice to have, but not a requirement).

 

Training at home? 

Our minimal equipment program only requires a set of resistance bands and the other programs can be done with just dumbbells and resistance bands.  You can buy PRGRM resisitance bands here. 

Can I switch programs if my goals or commitment changes?

Yes. Your subscription grants you access to all our programs which are built to be flexible. You can modify the weekly schedule to fit your lifestyle or switch to a different program at any time. It was designed this way to keep you consistent and making sustainable gains!

Is nutrition included in the App?

Nutrition is not included in the App, but Jack does offer 1-1 nutrition coaching. You can look at his availability to book a consultation here.

Can I book a same-day session?

For your first session with Jack it is best to book at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for the Intake Form to be completed and, if needed, a short call to confirm goals for that session.

How long is a session?

Each session lasts 55 minutes.

What platform is used to deliver these sessions?

All sessions are held through Google Meet.  You will be sent the link to your session with Jack at least 24hours before your start time.

What’s the minimum commitment for this service?

You can book a session without further commitment and Jack will help you decide the best approach for you.

Can I book multiple sessions at the same time?

At the moment, each session needs to be booked separately through this page.

Do you offer training packages?

Yes. This will vary depending on your level of upfront commitment and can be discussed in your first session with Jack.

Can you work with me in person?

This is a possibility if you are able to train in central London. Please do discuss this with Jack in your first session.

What happens if I am unable to make a booked session?

Let us know at least 24 hours before the booked session and we will arrange a new time for you.  If 24 hours notice is not given we will be unable to rearrange.

Can Jack diagnose or treat pain or injury?

No.  You will need to see a specialist in this area to address your specific injury, or pain, diagnosis and treatment.

Can Jack prescribe nutritional diets or recommend supplements?

No.  You will need to engage a specialist nutritionist for the prescription of nutritional diets or for supplement recommendations.
